We really appreciate how busy you are all keeping us, however this means we have less time to monitor this inbox. Please see below if your question is about delivery times, ordering on our website or tracking your parcel. 

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All Christmas Box pre-orders will be dispatched in December as outlined on our website. We will aim to dispatch your box so that it reaches its destination in good time for Christmas.

December is a really busy time for us so please order in plenty of time, to give us the chance to pack and dispatch your box. Dispatch times are a bit slower than usual at this time of year.

You will be able to order via our website throughout the holidays but our last dispatch date is Monday 22nd December and we won't be back into the full swing of things until 5th January.

 

INFORMATION FOR ORDERING ON OUR WEBSITE

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct before making payment. We pack the contents in just one postal box, to reduce our impact on the environment, so we recommend shipping directly to your recipient.

Please also check that you have added a valid email address and phone number (local to the recipient) to the order.

Tracking information for your parcel will be sent to you via e-mail and you can use this to manage the delivery with either Royal Mail for UK boxes under 2kg or DHL Express for our larger and all international shipments.
